2. Product Descriptions

Our kurtis and other traditional clothing are handcrafted. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colors and patterns may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of block-print fabrics.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only considered accepted when we send an order confirmation email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Rouri. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rouri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
